The Cheer and Jingle
Competition
CBAA’s performance at Gymnasium, Mindanao State University- Main Campus |
On August 20, 2013, it was the
starting of the Mindanao State University Intramurals. The first event was the
Cheer and Jingle Competition. There were only 3 entries in the competition
which came from the College of Business Administration and Accountancy, College
of Health Sciences and College of Social Sciences and History.
Cheer and Jingle Competition was the opening event of the
Intramurals. Clusters of individuals were there to witness and to cheer the
performance of their college they’re representing of. And I was too excited to
see the presentation of my colleagues from the College of Business
Administration and Accountancy.
And in my four years of existence
here in MSU, it was my first time to witness this event. I felt a little bit
proud because most of the participants in the CBAA were my classmates. I’m not
looking the event alone. But I was with my classmates or batch mates so that it
will be so much fun. The college that performed first was CBAA. After
announcing it, we’re cheering and shouting together. On August 20, 2013, it was the

When they taking place to perform, the students were keen on watching
at it. I seemed they’re also thrilled on the performance of our college. And
they keep silent until it’s done with the amusement in their eyes while
clapping their two hands. Then, the next who performed was the College of
Social Sciences and History. The crowds roaring for a “boo” to them because of
the bad performance they showed.

Lastly, the College of Health Sciences. Lots of students were also thrilled about their performance. They have a good performance. But base on my evaluation they cannot beat the performance of our college participants. And my evaluation was correct because my colleagues won the competition garnering the CHAMPION PLACE. And, I was happy for them. They earned to receive it.
Here are some of the photographs of the
CHAMPION.
In this photo at the center were the present dean and the former assistant dean of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy who are Prof. Andam and Prof. Golis, respectively. And also the facilitators of this event who were Prof. Richard Celeste and Mr. Ralph Buca, from the Department of Marketing.
